At The Hanen Centre, we believe in matching our high-quality resources with exceptional customer service. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the Hanen resource you have purchased, you may return the item for full store credit.
All returns are subject to the following Refund Policy:
Full credit will be given for items returned in re-sellable condition within 30 days of the invoice date.
Items may not be returned after 30 days from the date of the invoice.
All items must be returned via Insured/Registered Mail (Please do not return the item via couriers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator, etc. unless authorized to do so).
Shipping costs and customs fees for returned items are the customer’s responsibility.
Invoice number must be provided along with returned items.
