• Team collaboration and applicability – Staff learn and practice strategies together, with increased opportunities to discuss application to your particular work setting.
• Common language and strategies – Offer more consistent and effective service when staff use common strategies and resources, as well as a shared approach to communicating with families.
• CEUs – Multiple staff earn a significant number of CEUs (Up to 2.30 ASHA CEUs per person). Staff also make significant gains toward eligibility for the ASHA Award for Continuing Education. 
• In-person training option – When you attend as a group, you may have the flexibility to choose between online training and in-person training. If you prefer in-person, The Hanen Centre may be able to send an Instructor to your organization to deliver the training on site.
